Our Process

1. Schedule a Showroom Visit

We find that often times people don’t know what they don’t know. Visiting our showroom is the best place to see new trends and offerings that might work for your environment. At this time we will discuss your floor plan along with pain points and desired outcome of the refresh.

2. Programming and Design

MBI has a design department that can take your floor plan and bring it to life. We can work in hand in hand with an independent design firm to nail down the full scope of details to ensure that we are looking at a project holistically. We know that every detail counts. We will turn around 3D renderings of your space to help clients visualize their new investment and get employees or customers excited about the changes!

3. Ordering and Installation

Our Project Coordination team works to send purchase orders to each manufacturer for order placement. They then track acknowledgments and ship dates to schedule an installation date. For large, complex projects we have a project manager who will work with your order from start to finish to ensure a seamless installation process. Our crew of MBI installers, with over 20 years of experience, will then be there to install your order so your new space is complete!
